New PC's and Laptops no longer have RS232 ports. There is thus a requirement for a USB to RS232 converter. However, with some RS232 devices the error margin for an accurate baud rate is very small. Therefore, most commercially available USB to RS232 converters does not work properly. We have designed a USB to RS232 converter that works properly. See the product section for more information.
The LCD status display has been redesigned and is now available with 24 inputs, 16 – 1Amp outputs, 3 analogue inputs, an internal analogue input and a digital input and output. This makes the unit ideal as a general purpose industrial controller, which can control almost any industrial process. The hardware development cost is saved and the firmware program can be tailored to the application very quickly.
